Yes, you all where right.

Just did a 'sh MAKEDEV all' in the NetBSD-mountpoint/dev directory
from the OpenBSD system rebooted and then all was well (actually to
me a litle bit strange that it worked, because to MAKEDEV I used
probably OpenBSD services).
