Is there a market for 25 MHz '040s?

I know someone here who throws them away.  He buys used HP425s, strips out
the hard drive and memory, and chucks the rest out.

i.e. he'll sell you an entire 425, with no RAM or disk for $25 CDN (about
$19 US).
