The 380 rom is physically, electrically, and content-wise *DIFFERENT*
from a 4xx rom.  I have a 425 rom image. that's not the problem. I need a
380 rom image. they aren't the same chip, they're not the same form factor,
they're not the same pin styles, and they don't contain the same data.
They are not the same.
