I couldn't find that part number but docs for the human interface card with
the part number 98561-66530 (left to right, left at the card edge):
RS232 control line defeat
0 control lines defeated
1 control lines enabled (default)
RS232 Keyboard
0 local keyboard (default)
1 remote keyboard
Unused
HPIB system controller
0 computer is not system controller (HPIB address 20)
1 computer is system controller (HPIB address 21, default)
