   I had a look at the 310 CPU board this morning. Surrounding the CPU, there's
a large square Motorola chip with a heatsink glued to it, the megabyte of
main memory (easy to recognize) and a bunch of mostly 7400-series glue
logic. There are, however, a pair of small RAMs (TMM2018D-35) which could
be the page tables for a homebrew MMU. Or cache, but the main memory (120ns)
should be fast enough to keep up with a slow 010...

   It would be neat to get these working with NetBSD, although it will cost
$$$ to get more RAM and some Ethernet boards.
