Oops. I found this reason.
I had failed in writing by dd(1). As for it, the aryne was not done by
the size of the block.
(Maybe my memory)
$ dd if=SYS_INST of=/dev/rsd0d
Invalid argument
153+1 records in
153+0 records out <- +0? X-)
78624 bytes transferred in 0.002 secs (39312000 bytes/sec)
I succeed to boot by kernel in miniroot.fs.
# But I encountered other problem. X-<
