I had said it stopped at mounting the root filesystem because I hadn't
downloaded the distribution sets at the time.  Now that I've got them, I
get all the way to a multi-user system and was going to attempt to build
some packages, but alas there's no native gcc yet.

NetBSD's portability rocks.
