Just got it sorted, used the xserver for hpcarm and also the x*.tgz
files from 1.6 packages in shared\arm installation cd :

http://ftp.nluug.nl/NetBSD/misc/manu/xserver-hpcarm.tgz

although i need to sort out the windows manager and keyboard map, the
stylus however works!
