FYI, i've added support to if_ep_pcmcia.c to use it.

at least from the dmesg output, it seems compatible.  it gets its mac
address, etc., correctly.

however, i don't seem to be able to successfully xmit a packet, or
receive one.  I dunno whether that's an interrupt-related problem, or
what.

unfortunately, i don't have much time at all to play around with it.
