Your NetBSD.cf seems to be out of date.
Please update xsrc/xc/config/cf/NetBSD.cf and try again.

The problem was introduced (and fixed) by me. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Those files (ex. stipmips.s) are written for MIPS assembler which always
process source files with cpp.
