Subject: Diffs for install document.

I went throught he install document and did some things:
o Windows CE spelled like that all the time.
o Vr41XX with a lower case r. It seems to appear more often
in dtech documents like this (usually the R is a captial R
in a font 2-3 points smaller than the V).
o Added Vr4181 since I think that the new, ultra light Compaq
Aero was reported as working.
o Changed Booter to boot loader.
o Add a note that Palm Sized PCs are also supported when we
explain the hpcmips name.
o Cleaned up some minor grammar nits.
Please comment on them. I'd like to commit them.
# Should I send this to the Japanese list as well? I'm unsure since
# I'm just changing English text.
Warner

NetBSD/hpcmips brings the

The port name "hpcmips" comes from the name for some of the hardware
that NetBSD/hpcmips runs on: MIPS based systems in Microsoft's
H/PC (Handheld PC) form factor.
+The palm sized units are also supported, but lack an input method.
