Is this led is with battery symbol?
In my MC/R530(same as R430), this led turn on with ac operation and 
turn off with dc operation in both suspend mode and not suspend mode.
I check now, no differncys with OSs(NetBSD/hpcmips, Windows CE, LinuxVR)
