do i want a udrive or a flash?

udrive pro:
	faster?
	cheaper MB/us$ at sizes > 256M?
	unlimited r/w cycles ( i dont take this too seriously )	

udrive con:
	it's more consumptive because it's spinning media?
	it's heavier?
