Well then you probably just need the packages that contain
those files.
libpng.so.2 is contained in the png-1.x.x package, and libintl.so.0
is in the gettext-lib-0.10.35nb1 package

You should be able to get them from any NetBSD ftp mirror site,
in the /pub/NetBSD/packages/1.5/hpcmips/All  directory
