Bulk-build method are same as other ports.
1. ftp ftp.netbsd.org:/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-current/tar_files/pkgsrc.tar.gz
2. untar
3a. make one package
    cd /usr/pkgsrc/www/apache
    make package    

3b.  make all packages
    running mk/bulk/build
