hmm... must be something w/the Mobile Pro? no problems here w/the Z50 and
microdrives (i use a 340MB and a 1GB w/NetBSD)... never had a freeze or
slow down... i use the drives in the CF slot...
doesn't the little 'clickity-click' grow on you?
