Once in a while my NEC Mobilepro 880 won't boot the kernel. The
pbsdboot.exe file loads it OK, and it starts to boot (you can see the
first maybe 15 lines), and then the machine abruptly powers down or
suspends. I must use the hard reset button to get it working again at
that point. It may do this again if I try to boot again, and it may
not.

It seems related to battery power in some way, but I'm not 100% sure on that. 

Anyone else seeing this?
