What's you problem? The easiest way to get NetBSD on Jornada is download
kernel and mdroot and boot it from msdos-formatted flash (or network).

If you have a working NetBSD machine you could partitition your flash and
download files from here: ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/
That's a ready to use system.
The way to have the same result through crosscompiling is a thorny one.
Forget about it... :)
p.s. We are the last two guys on this planet, who want NetBSD on HP620LX. Ha-ha...
