Actually, the December issue. They send 'em out a month before
the date.

I put off sending it out because the 1.0 release was so close.
I'm going to be making improvements to it so that it is suitable
for integrating into the source tree and works with 1.0; this'll
happen fairly soon (this weekend, if Philcon leaves me any spare
time), at which time I'll send it out to beta.
