I need a driver for a network card I have with a DECchip 21041.  It's
_slightly_ different (initialization details) from the 21040 for which
we have a driver from Matt Thomas (if_de.c).

Does anybody have docs available describing how the two differ?  I
fiddled around with Matt's driver, but couldn't get it working on my
thinwire port.

I really wanted this working last night to do an install :(.  [The
SMC8432BT card I mail ordered used to have the 21040 on it; newer
versions now have the 21041.]
