Look under ftp://sipb.mit.edu/pub/netbsd/; I have an APM
mini-distribution there.

I wrote it because I wanted to play with APM.  I'm not heavily attached
to it, though, and I do want to pull in some of the FreeBSD stuff (user
commands for suspending/resuming, etc.) at some point.  I may just yank
the FreeBSD stuff in its entirety.
