Folks ... I've just committed some changes to the PS/2 mouse (pms), pcvt,
and pccons drivers.
These are, essentially, the same changes I posted about here a month-ish
ago. Eventually, the ISA autoconfiguration cleanup will introduce the
notion of space "ownership". This is incompatible with how the ps/2
mouse driver configured.
Since it's really a child of the keyboard controller, it now attaches to
an attribute exported by the pccons and pcvt console drivers. What this
means to you is that instead of:
pms0 at isa? port 0x60 irq 12
...you will now need:
pms0 at pckbd? irq 12
If you have any problems with the ps/2 mouse driver (i.e. your kernel
used to find it, but doesn't now) please let me know ASAP.
