NetBSD does not use VoxWare, so there is no point to creating
/dev/dsp or /dev/sequencer.  You must port tracker to work with
NetBSD's drivers.  See NetBSD's audio(4).

Alternatively, you could obtain a Linux binary and test
NetBSD-current's Linux (and Linux audio) emulation.  See
compat_linux(8).
