I have just upgraded to 1.3D + UVM + PMAP_NEW on my
box, and things appear to be working OK, although the
system feels a bit more sluggish under heavy load.
However, the ADSM backup utility won't run at all.
It aborts right away.
: sean.ebone.net ; file /usr/adsm/dsmc
/usr/adsm/dsmc: 80386 COFF executable
: sean.ebone.net ; - ktra
ktrace -id /usr/adsm/dsmc
abort
: sean.ebone.net ; kdump
12003 ktrace RET ktrace 0
12003 ktrace CALL execve(0xefbfc8f7,0xefbfc794,0xefbfc79c)
12003 ktrace NAMI "/usr/adsm/dsmc"
That's it.
This is un-useful. :(
The program worked just fine under 1.3.
Does this ring a bell with anyone?
Sean.
