I believe the model numbers are something like:
Drive model Capacity
----------- --------
DLT-2000 (aka TZ-87) 10/20G (on CompacTape III)
DLT-2000XT 15/30G (needs CompacTape III-XT)
DLT-4000 (aka TZ-88) 20/40G (on CompacTape IV)
DLT-7000 35/70G (on CompacTape IV)
and i've heard rumours about:
DLT-10000 50/100G (on CompacTape IV)
