	Have you tried modifying PCIC_ISA_INTR_ALLOC_MASK to force it to
	use a different IRQ to the one it is getting now. Similarly with
	PCIC_ISA_ALLOC_IOBASE/PCIC_ISA_ALLOC_IOSIZE for the OS region.
