Thank you for the followup.  I was going to try this at home (where I
have the problem) yesterday evening, when I realized that I have not
intstalled Perl at home.  So I went to the movies instead to see
"Sliding doors" instead.

I will try Don Lewis' solution today, and I hope it helps.
