Another option (sort of) is Wabi from Caldera.  It's a "sort of" option
because Wabi emulates win 3.1 which means that at best you can install
office for win 3.1 which is equivalent to office 95.  So you'd need to
buy Wabi (which should be real cheap now) and an old office (which
should also be cheap).  I/we use wabi/office and it works fine for 
word/excel/...
Wabi is run under linux emulation and you might need some patches to
the core netbsd 1.3 to get it to work.
