I'm running NetBSD/i386 1.3. When ever I attempt to mount my cdrom I get
the following response:

 red:# mount -t cd9660 /dev/cd0a /mnt
 mount_cd9660: : Input/output error

It's the same if I use /dev/cd0d. From the bootup messages, everything
appears to be set correctly:

 wdc0 at isa0 port 0x1f0-0x1f7 irq 14
 atapibus0 at wdc0
 wd0 at wdc0 drive 0: <WDC AC21200H>
 wd0: 1222MB, 2484 cyl, 16 head, 63 sec, 512 bytes/sec
wd0: using 16-sector 16-bit pio transfers, lba addressing
 wdc1 at isa0 port 0x170-0x177 irq 15
 atapibus1 at wdc1
 cd0 at atapibus1 drive 1: <BCD-16X 1997-02-27, , VER 1.0> type 5 cdrom
 removable
 wd1 at wdc1 drive 0: <Conner Peripherals 170MB - CP30174E>
 wd1: 162MB, 903 cyl, 8 head, 46 sec, 512 bytes/sec
wd1: using 16-sector 16-bit pio transfers, chs addressing

What am I missing here?
