Has anyone gotten the Soundscape's SoundBlaster emulation to work with the sb
driver under NetBSD? If so, does anyone have a copy of SSINIT.EXE they can
send me? (I'd like to set the card to some acceptable IRQ).
I no longer have any Microsoft operating systems anywhere, on any of my
computers, (it's all NetBSD) but this leaves me S.O.L. with Ensoniq's
utilities. I even tried unpacking the files on Win95 computers here at
Stevens, but since none of them HAVE Soundscape cards, the installation
utility helpfully refuses to unpack any of the files. I'd like to avoid
physically installing the card just to get SSINIT.EXE :-).
Of course, all of this may be pie-in-the-sky if the VIVO90's SB emulation
doesn't cut it.
