There is still a kmem_map usage problem on the x86, in particular with
large memory systems w/ lots of swap. The problem is worse when MFS is
used, because of the large anon region it maps.
The intent is to solve the problem w/ the pool allocator, using a different
map to map the pool pages... I'm currently working on one aspect of this.
