I haven't gotten to the fstab yet with this disk, since I haven't gotten
a valid filesystem on it yet.

There is no BIOS boot-sector virus active, also remember this is wd1,
not wd0 (which I have installed NetBSD generic on w/o problems).

I don't know any way to do a fdisk /mbr to the second IDE disk, fdisk
/mbr will work on the first disk as far as I know.

I may try to jump the disk as a master and connect only this disk to the
system to do a fdisk /mbr if you feel that will remove whatever make
NetBSD freeze.
