Does anyone out there have a "3C574-TX Fast EtherLink PC Card"?  I'd
like to add support for this card to the "ep" driver (should be trivial),
but I need to know the PCMCIA product ID.  Can anyone help me out with
this info, and test the driver once I've written the code?
