My second ethernet is at irq 11 (I couldn't get it to work at irq12):

ne1 at isa0 port 0x300-0x31f irq 11

(For reference, it's an Accton EN1650, NE2000 compatible.)

It wasn't a problem so far because the sound's not configured.  Will this
make it a problem?  Would setting `options PCIC_ISA_INTR_ALLOC_MASK=0xf3ff`
make the isapnp stuff (including this audio) not use irq's 10 and 11,
which is what my ethernets use?
