I ``inherited'' a dell lat. XP 450C. Using the source for the GENERIC
kernel, I compiled in the apm devices. Using the bios setup, I disabled
the power management, but apm(d) reports that power management is still
enabled.

Being very new to the developer side of netbsd, where should I look to
see what's happening?
