The NIC is probably using a different IRQ than the kernel thinks.
PnP on such cheap NICs doesn't work reliable (It's not a NetBSD problem,
Windows suffers much more from this). Try disabling Plague&Pray on your
card and set IRQ and adresses to something your kernel knows (It's documented
somewhere in the install-files), for current INSTALL-kernels e.g.:
Novell NE1000, or NE2000 Ethernet boards
ne0 0x280 9
ne1 0x300 10
(from src/distrib/notes/i386/hardware)
