	Fiddle with pcic_isa_intr_alloc_mask and get it to use a
different otherwise unused IRQ. Many laptops don't wire up all the
interrupt lines from the pcic, for one reason or another (irq 10 was
the big loser in the NEC Versas, and I know that there were others).
