You still didn't tell if you are trying to use the libc5 or glibc2 version.

This package is not uptodate and shouldn't have been there anyway
because it might not be redistributed without the sources.

Yes, get the latest package sources and use "make install" in
"pkgsrc/emulator/suse_linux".
