The NetBSD-customized emacs package in pkgsrc includes patches to add
/usr/share/info to the info search path.

Someone should probably upgrade the emacs-20.3 package to emacs 20.4
since I think 20.4's been out for a while..  (and send the patches to
the emacs maintainers)
