Hey,

I'm having this problem, to where, if i let an xterm, or rxvt "move" ie,
any movement in the term via irc, running top to check my memory, or
anything like that.

The term goes nuts, the text shifts about.. to fix it, i have to press
ctrl-l every two seconds.. an example of the issue is below:

Top Normally:

PID USERNAME PRI NICE SIZE RES STATE TIME WCPU CPU COMMAND
  399 ozmium 2 0 5340K 8000K sleep 3:37 0.78% 0.78% XF86_SVGA
 1534 bongo 2 0 1848K 1580K sleep 6:07 0.00% 0.00%
eggdrop-1.4.0
29741 ozmium 2 0 2800K 2104K sleep 4:56 0.00% 0.00%
BitchX-75p3

Top After Screwed:

PID USERNAME PRI NICE SIZE RES STATE TIME WCPU CPU COMMAND
  399 ozmium 2289 2 0 5520K 5sleep996run K s127% 11.2746%
1.463leep 3 37:56 17.12% 1.125 0.83%
 556970 ozmium 228 2 18 236K 8sleep76run 0 0504K 07247 0.15%
0.15% rxvtK sleep 0:00 1.00% 0

Also, I have random keys on the keyboard (its the only style keyboard
plug, brand new board though.) that get stuck, and repeat .. such as the
enter key. which repeats all the time

Now these problems ONLY happen in X. They don't happen in the console.

Any ideas?
