Ugh.  I HATE ISA.

I decided that, since it was working, I could turn off the debugging stuff.

BAM.  It no longer works.  !@*#!*.  Back to the traditionally mysterious
behavior; packets go from one box to the other, but never come back.  Looks
like the desktop just isn't getting any packets in from the card.
