During the last 4 weeks, the 1.4.2-i386 boot floppy build was changed to
begin building boot-small.fs, but it no longer builds boot.fs ...

Didn't I report here that I could get a boot.fs to build by converting it
to ustarfs and removing the PPP pseduo-device?

Could whoever submitted the pullup please enlighten me here.
