I am attempting to upgrade to NetBSD 1.4.2. I have three scsi
drives:

sd0 - .5G Fujitsu
sd1 - 4G ibm
sd2 - 4G ibm

sd0 is my boot drive and sd1-sd2 are are used as a ccd device:

/etc/ccd.conf:
ccd0            212     0       /dev/sd1a /dev/sd2a

It appears there is no ccd driver in the standard two-disk floppy
boot set.  What do I have to do to create a 1.4.2. boot image that
will recognise my ccd drive?
