You'll need to add:
options NFS_BOOT_DHCP,NFS_BOOT_BOOTPARAM
which, oddly enough, does not seem to be in the DISKLESS kernel config
for i386.
I'm booting a diskless i386 using dosboot.com on a floppy and it works
Just Fine (with bootparam). I get a couple of NFS timeout messages
during boot but other than that everything works without problems.
