The 724 manual there is somewhat useless (or at least too much of a
teaser to take seriously :) ). It gives programming details for
playback only, in SB compatible mode.
However, perhaps some of those other yamaha details might be useful.
There is microcode there for the 724 devices that is presumably there
because it's considered useful :)
