G'day,
the NetBSD-i386-20000505 snapshot appears to be a US-version...
I've spent the better part of Saturday with downloading and
installation only to be greeted with a system message complaining
about the missing kerberos libs at the first login...
Is there no better way of destinguishing between a US versus International
verion of a NetBSD archive/snapshot other then to keep fingers cross and
wait for a message at the first login? Luckily, I've installed this
version on a new disk and hence had the old system untouched and
operational. Nevertheless, it was the second time I fell into this
trap and I am greatly annoyed.
