This is for Quake3 (I think?) so the port would be different,
and of course you should replace the relevant parts for your
configuration.

In /etc/ipnat.conf:
rdr de0 0/0 port 27960 -> 192.168.1.1 port 27960 udp

This is what a friend of mine is using, and AFAIK it works
fine. :-)
