Well, now that VPC 4 is released, we can try to debug *its* devices.

It works pretty well with older versions of NetBSD, but with -current,
both tlp0 and de0 die.  de0 says "de0: abnormal interrupt, sending
process terminated" or something like that.  tlp0 has a different error
message, which I have forgotten.

Anyone know much about these drivers, and want to help me kick them?  I
suppose it's probably fine, in -current, to aim at just getting tlp working,
but it may make sense to pursue both of them.
