What CPU are you running on, and what CPU are you trying to emulate? I
recognize Virtual PC as an Intel emulator, running on Power Mac, that can run
DOS and can run Intel-based OSes such as MS Windows, though you have to buy the
OS separately except that DOS emulation is already there. But there is a NetBSD
port that runs natively on PowerPC, so if I were going to run NetBSD or Linux on
a Power Mac, I'd go for the PowerPC port.
