Yes. It will not recognize it as such, but it'll just treat it as a PIII
(which won't make much of a difference, unless there were to be SSE
optimizations).

Yes and yes, although not in 'DT' mode, i.e. the 160MB/s mode of
the controller is not supported. This may not matter at all for
your machine, unless you plan to hook up a raid of more than 4 U2W
disks to it.
